Hard game - Beechboro will be a good side in the future.
Their No. 25 showed good attack at the ball with their Blond centre half showing touches of good form.
From out point of view, it was a well fought win.
Good teaming to protect the ball carrier. Good running to give an option to players. Heads over the ball in the contest.
We ran out the game - our early fitness work is paying off. We should not rest on our efforts so far - the other sides will realise the work that they have to do and will be much better next round.
We must always look to improve.
Mention to the injured players, especially Lochlan and Aden.
Also a special mention to Jordan for coming down each week through his convalescence - we are looking forward to having him back.
A big game (especially for the mums) this week, with a rest the week after.
