I take this opportunity to invite you all to attend our club “Lights-On” evening after training on Wed 19th May.
The program is as follows:
- 4.30 – 5.45 Training for Yr5’s and 11’s (but a shortened session)
- 5.30 Adam Selwood from the Eagles arrives to observe training, assist as required and sign autographs
- 6.00 – 7.00 Official ceremony – Short intro and welcome from Pres, short speech from Nick Catania (Mayor ToV) and Ron Alexander (Dir Gen DSR).
Attending also will be John Georgio (CEO ToV), Jo Davies Chair of the East Perth District Development Commission, Vince and Brendan from East Perth together with our major Club sponsors
- 6.30 – 7.00 Refreshments
This will be a major event for the Club and a chance for us to thank our kind partners – The Town of Vincent and the Dept Sport and Recreation for contributing 2/3 of the cost for the lights and to our Club sponsors without which we would not have been able to fund our 1/3. I look forward to seeing you there.
